Design Process

The first step of our Design Services is Concept Design. At Concept Design Stage we collaborate all our ideas and inspirations together with the clients to create a platform from which to work with.

The best time to start with this process is at the same time as designing the architecture of the building. We then collaborate with the architect and design a space that relates to the architects designs too, creating a holistic experience.If it is a decorating or renovation project we can start at any time.

We develop 3D renders, Storyboards in presentation form to communicate designs to client. We also create colour and fabric schemes to complete the look of the design. At this point we are ready to present designs to client for approval

When the client has approved the concept designs we start with the costing and procurement stage. This is where we develop a proposed budget for the project and upon approval of that budget we start with the manufacturing of all bespoke furniture and joinery, order all other specifications for the project.This is where we also work hand in hand with other specialized contractors working on this project.

We carry this stage right through the project making sure that the design is carried out to the exact specifications and that the project is progressing as planned right up until we hand over the completed project to our happy client .
